Happy Children Achieve

Coaching for Children & Schools

Happy students, with a strong perceived learning capability and feelings of connectedness to their school, are the most likely to achieve (above) their academic potential. Conversely, those with a negative attitude towards themselves and lack of self-belief tend to underachieve compared to their ability, and are at greater risk of low attendance and poor behaviour.

Learning optimism whilst increasing resilience, knowing what their character strengths are and how to use them, developing curiosity, teamwork and kindness gives every child an advantage in life. This is why Positive Education is my absolute passion!

I believe we should be stepping in early to equip children with an ‘inner life vest’ of happiness. They can inflate it whenever they feel like they are struggling to keep their head above water – be this during exam time, or at any other time of their future life. Even just knowing they have it there can give them the confidence to dive in and swim.

Want to unlock the present and future happiness of your children or students? I can help.

What my clients say

Testimonials

“The sessions are really relaxed and fun. I learnt about how important goals are as well as creating my ‘Best Possible Self’.”

M.(Aged 15)

“My daughter learnt how to focus more on the positive rather than the negative and was reminded to appreciate her strengths. She now has a notebook of helpful tips and tools that she can use. The sessions were very interactive, and she was very eager to talk to me about what she had covered with Adele, which was great for communication between us.”

Mrs C.(Parent)

“My child had tried a few sessions with a counsellor previously, but did not carry on with them as she found it ‘boring and unhelpful’ to spend an hour talking about what made her sad. In complete contrast, she came out of each session with Adele smiling and happy.”
